Torres del Paine: 3-Hour Scenic Boat Tour to Grey Glacier

About This Experience
This is the boat trip to the ice face of Grey Glacier, the largest glacier in Torres del Paine. It starts at Hotel Lago Grey inside the park, from where you walk about 3 km (45 minutes) along Grey Beach to the boarding point. The walk can be tough in strong wind.
The Grey III catamaran sails for about an hour up Lago Grey, past floating icebergs and the mountains on either shore, to the front wall of the glacier, which stands more than 25 metres high. The boat spends time along the ice so you can watch and hear it, and a pisco sour is served on board. There is a heated main cabin for 98 passengers and an open deck.
Transport is not included, so this suits travellers with a car or those staying inside the park. If you are coming from Puerto Natales and want the glacier and the main viewpoints in one day, the combined Grey Glacier and full-day tour handles the logistics for you.
